MYMOOD is not designed to enable employee evaluation, tracking, automated decision-making, profiling, or monitoring. MYMOOD has no mechanism or option that allows anyone but the user and Admin to access the mood responses that are displayed through these surfaces, unless that person purposefully and independently shares that information.
MYMOOD does not give employees access to information on other coworkers. The majority of the data that employees see in MYMOOD is simply an aggregation of information to which they already have knowledge about, but that they wouldn't be able to convey to the employers without the MYMOOD platform.
How MYMOOD works for you:
• User Panel - Employee punches Happy, Sad, Tentative
• User History — Employee can view punch history of the current day
• User Survey - If Admin sends any survey questions, Employees can respond in the User Panel
